HAG BEWEGINGSMECHANISME ALS BESTE GETEST!

 Recent wetenschappelijk onderzoek heeft belangrijk nieuws opgeleverd!

In een vergelijkend onderzoek is het effect van de drie meest toegepaste bewegingsmechanismen te weten het  synchro-, free floating en schommelmechanisme op het bewegingspatroon van de gebruikers onderzocht.  Een goede bureaustoel stimuleert de gebruiker immers om regelmatig van houding te veranderen.

Tien testpersonen zaten 1,5 uur lang zowel in de vaste als in de losse stand van de verschillende stoelen en voerden daarbij verschillende soorten taken uit. Zowel het synchro- als het free-floating mechanisme bleken geen effect te hebben  op het bewegingspatroon van de gebruiker en stimuleren dus geen dynamisch zitgedrag.

Daarentegen leverde de test met het HAG mechanisme wel een positief resultaat op. De gebruikers werden in de dynamische stand  van de stoel  gestimuleerd tot het maken van onbewuste kleine bewegingen vanuit de voeten, zgn. micro-movements  waardoor een significant betere bloedcirculatie ontstaat.

Dat laatste wisten we natuurlijk al. Nieuw is het vergelijk met de twee andere meest gebruikte vormen van bewegingsmechanismen waarbij  alleen  HAG  de gebruiker tot meer beweging en variatie stimuleert.

Stoelen van HAG volgen al uw bewegingen. Om die reden moedigt HAG u aan om vrij te bewegen - zonder dat u erbij nadenkt. Dit stimuleert uw spieren en verhoogt de bloedcirculatie van uw hele lichaam. The HAG H09 Collection - from concept to finished product

'From the onset of the project a holistic approach was decided upon. All aspects of the total design were discussed with the people involved: the industrial designer, Svein Asbjrnsen, HAG`s engineering designers, in-house production, external suppliers and HAG`s sales and marketing team. The "move-up" concept was the foundation in all the ensuing decisions.

The "top-line" product had to appeal to the customers taste. It needed to provide a feeling of excellence, be fully equipped and exhibit an image the customer wants to be associated with.

HAG`s new H09 collection is innovative. It introduces new ideas, new technologies, new exclusive fabrics and a high degree of precision. At the same time HAG`s policy, that all methods and materials, used in the production of the product shall be environmentally friendly, has been strictly adhered to.

The ensuing design is based on the HAG movement principle. It incorporates a standard platform, which forms the basis for four configuration variables of high and low back chairs. Within these variables the designer provided a variety of styles, colours and materials.

The main concept for this platform is based on the basic idea of a supporting back column (spine), where all the technical functions concerning adjustment and body support, were integrated. The back column element is a composite of two aluminium profiles. This concept makes it possible to fasten back panels between the two profiles. Due to the strong construction of the column, the back panel does not need to be excessively stiffened. This unique feature ensures that the esthetical and emotional needs of the customer can be implemented in the design. The back panels may be therefore made in different shapes and materials selected solely for their appearance and surface rather than for their strength.

The multi-functional armrest with their top tilt, is a new innovation that makes
it possible to work close to a table without armrests getting in the way. It is also an integral part of the standard platform.

The standard basic platform concept allows for automation and standardisation of the component parts giving consistent quality. In addition, the interchangeability of the parts provides for better after- sales service.

The final design is the result of the study of several prototypes. These prototypes have been tested and evaluated and the product refined to meet the " move-up" specifications.

In order to meet the requirements for the "move-up " concept our suppliers have had to fashion new materials, fabrics and techniques. This resulted in some very exiting solutions.

The Danish firm Gabriel especially developed a new fabric for HAG called "Space". This is a semi-transparent, zero-stretch fabric that harmonises specially well with ambient materials such as steel, glass, wood, plastic and stone. The fabric is suspended between two racks instead of a frame, which gives the body a greater freedom of movement thus creating a new sitting experience. In addition, it gives an impression of lightness and it has also an intrinsic ventilation effect.

The new translucent back panel is made of Plexiglass. This design element provides the sitter with a degree of sound insulation and a degree of privacy should this be desired. These light acrylic panels are of high quality and have good sound-screening qualities.

Two new satin-woven worsted wool fabrics," Tex Uni" and "Tex Uni Stripe" were developed to provide HAG with a durable fabric of exceptional high quality. In addition to retaining its form over time it is both classic and sophisticated.

The HAG H09 collection has been offered considerable thought during the design process. Every aspect of the design has been carefully blended to obtain a total visual harmony. The collection has unique style and aspires to Continental Elegance.

The HAG H09 collection comprises working chairs, lounge chairs and visitor chairs presented as an integrated design concept. This visual unity of expression will, we feel, enhance the office environment.
